Shipping and Handling

All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of payment approval.

Made-to-order products – The shipping time is added to the production time.

PAC and Sedex – Delivery time depends on the destination and can be calculated at checkout.

Courier service – Delivery time depends on the destination and can be calculated at checkout.

Please allow an additional 1 business day for order handling.

The estimated delivery time varies according to the destination ZIP code and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You can check the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

The delivery timeframe starts counting from the moment your order is approved and is calculated in business days, from 9 AM to 7 PM. Deliveries may occasionally occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

If your order is placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays, the timeframe will begin on the next business day.

Please note that occasional external factors may cause delays in delivery. In such cases, we will inform our customers.

Possible reasons for delivery delays include:

  • the recipient not being present at the registered delivery address

  • incorrect or incomplete address information

  • address change

  • unforeseen events such as natural disasters, general strikes, public demonstrations, or other force majeure events

For this reason, we strongly recommend that you track your order using the tracking code sent to your email.

Exchanges and Returns

To request an exchange or return, please send an email to barbara.bdavila@gmail.com. We will respond within 1 business day, or within 2 business days on weekends and public holidays.

Exchanges: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging or in secure packaging suitable for transport. All items will be inspected upon arrival. If the packaging or item is deemed to have been compromised or mishandled, the exchange may not be accepted and the item will be returned to you.

Returns: For returns or order cancellations, you must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and in perfect condition. The refund will be issued only after the return has been received and passed our quality control inspection.

Refunds:

If the product meets all the conditions of this Exchange and Return Policy, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit card: A cancellation will be requested through our payment provider. The refund may appear in up to two billing cycles, depending on your credit card company and the number of installments selected at the time of purchase.

  • Pix (Brazilian instant transfer): A refund will be sent via Pix or bank transfer to the account provided by the customer. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a discount voucher valid for 1 year, which can be used for a future purchase.
